I - Inspire
Inspiration is something that makes someone want to do something. In Latin it means, ‘to breathe into.” Nutrition by Design’s mission is to breathe inspiration and influence into others, so they can become the driving force in their own life.
M – Motivate
Examine areas in your life where you are struggling with motivation. Then decide to up your game, put on some discipline and get after it. Do that enough times and it becomes someone you are instead of something you do. Nutrition by Design will stand in the gap and offer motivation as long as you need us to. Two are always better than one.
P – Perspective
How do you operate in the world? Perspective is there to serve you. What is something you know you need to either change your perspective on or embrace it and use it to your advantage? Nutrition by Design is here to remind you of how to shift your view of events and things that happen and use it to your advantage as fuel to take yourself to the next level.
A – Action
So now you have the inspiration, the motivation, and the perspective. It’s time to ACT. It’s time to take massive action. All the excuses you have been making for not doing something you fear is robbing you, the ones you love and the people you are pre-destined to serve of the future “YOU.” Challenge your beliefs, your mindset and make a decision to take small steps in the general direction you want to go. Don’t be afraid to be your best self. Nutrition by Design will walk with you through the entire process.
C – Celebrate
Life is short, period. It’s important to celebrate…a lot and often. Most of us don’t. We take so much for granted or we get lost in the struggle and celebrating just seems to be pushed aside for later. We will celebrate a lot! The good, the bad, the ugly….all of it.
T – Thankful
Being thankful is the beacon that keeps us on the right path and often the easiest to get lost on. We start out strong, hit some bumps along the way, experience setbacks, heartbreak and before we know it, we have lost our way. Nutrition by Design will always come from a position of gratitude for the clients we serve, and our goal is to make thankfulness a part of your experience with us.

What a difference I had the last 2 weeks. I hadn’t felt this good in like forever. WODs were hard, but easier. I sleep better and my clothes fit me again. Oh, that muscle I lost, I gained back 3%. Best of all I lost almost 15 lbs, over 2 lbs a week and I was never hungry. In closing, don’t drag your feet with macros. I’ve needed support for awhile when it came to my nutrition. I would do really good for a few days and then, fall off the wagon. I knew I needed accountability in order to hit my goals in the gym.
